and sometimes it's not even that.
if i had my say, you'd be a stupid little puppy in love.
don't you get it?
the world's not perfect like you think it is.
life's not smooth like you were told to believe.
and people aren't right for you just because they're nice.
snap out of it.
this world's not the place for you, this isn't where you're supposed to be.
happiness isn't something you can get so easily, and love?
love just doesn't exist here.
it's just a word to make everyone feel better, just a term of comfort, to convince you that you've found joy in life.
to cure the world of its deprived state, to trick us into believing that something as perfect as love exists.
to lift our hearts, to make us feel and hope and dream.
but perhaps we were never born with it.
ought not to believe in it because we'll never be able to find it here.
puppy love, huh.
